Find compatible accessories
Accessories are worth choosing carefully. A part that is almost right usually means a workaround, and workarounds are discovered at the worst possible moment.
A VisionCam rig mixes cameras, a switcher, and the cabling that joins them. Not every accessory suits every combination, and the mismatch is often only apparent when the signal fails.
Check before you buy
- That the accessory is supported by the specific model you own
- That connectors and signals match, not just the physical shape
- That it is rated for the length of run you need
- That it will still be supported when the next production is set up
